At The BNB Homes, we strive to provide our guests with flexible booking options while ensuring fairness to our hosts. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the rules and conditions applicable to cancellations, changes, and refunds.
1. Guest Cancellations
Flexible Bookings:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund (excluding any processing fees).

2. Host Cancellations
If a host cancels a confirmed booking:

- The BNB Homes may assist in rebooking a similar property, subject to availability.
3. Modifications
- Any changes to reservations (e.g., dates, number of guests, property upgrades) are subject to host approval.
- Additional charges may apply based on the modification.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method used at booking.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
- The BNB Homes is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card companies, or payment gateways.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
- Service fees, convenience charges, and applicable taxes may be non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
- Cleaning fees may be refunded if cancellation occurs before check-in and the property was not accessed.
6. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond control, refunds and cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with local laws and property-specific policies.
